Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the TallySeal website, waitlist, support communications, product updates, and future app-related communications.
The TallySeal app is currently in development. Final app data handling, storage, backup, export, and sync details will be documented before public release.
Information we may collect
Contact information you choose to provide, such as your name and email address when joining early access or contacting support.
Product interest, feedback, support messages, survey responses, or other information you voluntarily send to us.
Basic technical and website analytics information, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, approximate region, and performance/security logs.
Future app information may include expense records, receipt-related data, categories, notes, review status, and export preferences. Final details will be provided before public launch.
Information you should not send through the website
Do not send sensitive tax account credentials, CRA login information, Social Insurance Numbers, full banking credentials, payment card numbers, or confidential client records through the website contact or waitlist forms.
Support requests should include only the information needed to understand the issue.
How information is used
To manage the early access list and send product updates, beta availability notices, launch details, and related communications.

TallySeal is designed around an offline-first recordkeeping experience. The goal is to let users record and review expenses without depending on constant connectivity.
Before public release, TallySeal will provide clearer details about local storage, backups, sync options, exports, and any optional online services.
