If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or submit information through TallySeal forms.
Product status
TallySeal is currently a coming-soon product. Some features, screens, workflows, wording, pricing, and availability may be planned, previewed, experimental, or subject to change before release.
Early access does not guarantee product availability, acceptance into a beta, specific launch timing, or access to every feature.
No accounting, legal, tax, or CRA filing advice
TallySeal provides expense tracking, receipt organization, analytics, and tax-readiness recordkeeping tools.
TallySeal does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, legal, tax, financial, or CRA filing advice.
You are responsible for reviewing your records and working with qualified professionals when needed.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you enter, upload, export, or use with TallySeal.
You are responsible for keeping original records, receipts, statements, and supporting documents required for your business, tax, or legal obligations.
You should verify categories, deductible treatment, tax forms, and filing requirements with a qualified professional or official guidance.
Waitlist and communications
When you join early access, you may receive product updates, beta notices, launch announcements, and related communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing or product update communications where required. Service or support messages may still be sent when needed to respond to your request.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, upload malicious content, or use TallySeal materials for unlawful purposes.
Do not submit false, misleading, harmful, confidential, or third-party information that you are not authorized to provide.
Intellectual property
TallySeal, the TallySeal name, mascot, branding, website content, product previews, copy, interface concepts, and related materials are owned by or licensed to CK Catalyst unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create misleading versions of TallySeal materials without permission.
Third-party services and links
The website or future app may reference or connect to third-party services, tools, websites, platforms, or resources.
TallySeal is not responsible for third-party content, policies, services, or availability.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, remove, or change the website, product materials, waitlist, features, or support channels at any time.
We may also update these Terms as TallySeal develops. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Disclaimers
The website and product materials are provided for general informational and early access purposes.
TallySeal does not guarantee that records, categories, estimates, exports, or summaries will satisfy your tax, accounting, legal, or business obligations.
Product previews may not represent the final released product.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CK Catalyst and TallySeal are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses connected to use of the website, waitlist, product materials, or future app.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, unless another law is required to apply.
